What exactly do you consider a cement culvert to be?
I walked along the highway looking and never saw anything resembling a cement culvert! This was a massive waste of my time and I cursed you.

Tis hard to find…unless you are really looking closely to the east of the normal Doug’s Beach parking area. It’s a small culvert, not a person-sized one.

As a Washington State Park, a Discovery Pass is now required to park at Doug’s Beach. I did not see any place to purchase one on site. They also have some pit toilets now, but they’re currently locked for winter.

Ive done this hike!! Never knew it had a name. It is very hard if you want to check out the good stuff. There is some very awesome rock formations but dangerous to get to, plus there is a high potential to cause a landslide which could very likely make it to the highway. If you park on the other side of the river off of i-84 you can get a peek of what devils hole really has to offer bring your binoculars!! Its best viewed from 84 in the fall.
